I understand that riding a bicycle or electric bicycle involves risk, including falls, collisions, traffic, weather, road hazards, mechanical issues, and injury. I voluntarily accept those risks for myself and any rider in my party.

I agree that all riders will wear helmets when provided, follow local traffic laws, ride responsibly, avoid impaired riding, and use the bikes only in a safe and lawful manner.

I agree to return all bikes, helmets, locks, chargers, keys, and accessories in the same general condition received, ordinary wear excepted. I accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage, late returns, misuse, or abandoned equipment during my rental period.

I release GuestRide, its owners, operators, partners, property hosts, and affiliates from claims arising from my use of the rental equipment to the fullest extent allowed by law.
